What can I export for free?
The free starter includes 10 input minutes and MP4 Shorts exports at no extra charge. The free export is watermarked 720p and up to 120 seconds; you can save up to 3 candidates.
Are exports watermarked?
Yes. Free starter exports include a CutCraft AI watermark and are limited to 720p and 120 seconds. Paid output terms will be published before paid packs go on sale.
Can I correct the captions?
Caption text correction is not available in the current editor. You can turn captions on or off and choose a style and position; review the transcript before exporting.
Which languages work?
English, Hindi, and Hinglish are supported. Automatic language detection is available; review mixed-language transcripts before export.
What happens if processing fails?
When a failed job releases its reservation, the minutes return to your available balance. If minutes remain held or the outcome is unclear, contact support before retrying.
When do credits expire?
Processing minutes and AI credits do not expire. Project videos and media are retained for 7 days, separately from your balance.
How long are my files kept, and how do I delete them?
Project media is retained for 7 days. Delete a project from Your videos to queue its stored media and project data for background cleanup; cleanup can take time to complete.
Are AI visuals available or charged separately?
AI visuals are coming soon and remain disabled. AI credits are tracked separately from processing minutes, and no AI credits are used while generation is unavailable.
